Spring is here! The cherry trees in High Park are in full bloom, attracting phenomenal crowds from all over Toronto. To escape from them, we started early on a Sunday. We skipped the cherry blossoms (I still managed to snap some cherry flowers) and headed deep into the trails. The dawn chorus instantly greeted us—robins and blackbirds were everywhere. The Spring morning was breathtaking, filled with kaleidoscopic flowers, gorgeous buds, and chirpy birds.
